Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Shopping Wears store and any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering.

1. Overview

By visiting this store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Your continued use of the store after a change means you accept it.

2. Who can order

  • You must be 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
  • You must provide a real name, working mobile number and complete delivery address.
  • You must not use the store for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

3. Products

The Special Cotton Bra is currently the only product available for purchase on this store. Other items shown as "launching soon" are not yet for sale and cannot be ordered.

We make every effort to display colours, sizes and details accurately. Screens differ, so the colour you see may vary slightly from the actual product. Images are for illustration.

Where a size or option is shown as unavailable, it cannot be ordered at that time.

4. Orders and acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it or dispatch the parcel.
  • We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price is obviously incorrect, or we suspect fraud or misuse — and we will tell you.
  • You may cancel an order before dispatch by messaging us on WhatsApp.
  • An automated confirmation is not a guarantee of acceptance.

5. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect an order already confirmed.
  • The default payment method is cash on delivery.
  • Where an obvious pricing or typographical error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

6. Shipping

Delivery across Pakistan is free and usually takes 2–4 working days, in plain discreet packaging. Full details, including failed-delivery handling, are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return an eligible item. Products must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging for hygiene reasons. The full process, and what cannot be returned, is set out in the Returns section of our Shipping Policy.

8. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone number and address you give us. We are not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete details you supplied.

9. Third-party services

Our store, checkout and payment processing are provided by Shopify. Delivery is handled by third-party couriers, and messaging by WhatsApp. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not liable for interruptions or delays caused by them, beyond our duty to deliver your order or refund you.

10. Prohibited uses

You must not use this store to:

  • Place fraudulent, duplicate or speculative orders.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to interfere with the store's security or operation.
  • Collect personal information about other users.
  • Reproduce, copy or exploit any part of the store or its content without written permission.

We may restrict or cancel access if we believe a prohibited use has occurred.

11. Product warranty

We stand behind the quality of our product. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you, including return shipping. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable Pakistani consumer law.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The store is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the store.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise this page at any time. The date at the top shows the latest update. It is your responsibility to check this page occasionally.
