Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Shopping Wears collects when you order the Special Cotton Bra, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

When you place an order we collect only what we need to deliver it:

  • Order details — your name, mobile number, and full delivery address.
  • What you bought — pack size, cup size, colour choices, quantity and any free gift you selected.
  • Messages you send us — if you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep that conversation so we can help you.
  • Technical data — your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view, collected automatically by Shopify for security and analytics.

We do not ask for your CNIC, bank details or card number.

2. How we use your information

  • To process, pack and deliver your order.
  • To contact you about order status, or if we need to confirm an address.
  • To handle returns, refunds and warranty questions.
  • To send order-related messages on WhatsApp, such as a delivery update.
  • To detect fraud and keep the store secure.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations in Pakistan.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3. Shopify hosts our store

This store is powered by Shopify. Your order data is stored on Shopify's secure servers and processed under Shopify's own privacy policy. Payment and checkout are handled entirely by Shopify, so your financial details are never stored by us directly.

Shopify may process data in countries outside Pakistan, including Canada and the United States, under standard contractual safeguards.

4. Payment

Our default method is cash on delivery — you pay the rider when your parcel arrives, so no payment data is collected online at all.

If card or digital payment options are enabled at checkout, they are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number, expiry or CVV.

5. When we share your information

We share your name, address and phone number only with the people needed to complete your order:

  • The delivery courier carrying your parcel.
  • Shopify, which runs the store and checkout.
  • WhatsApp / Meta, when you choose to message us there.
  • Authorities, if we are legally required to disclose information.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files that keep your cart, remember your preferences and help the store work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; your cart may not persist if you do.

7. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and legal requirements in Pakistan — typically up to 5 years. Message threads are kept only while they remain relevant to an open query.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Show you what personal data we hold.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Stop sending you anything that is not order-related.

We answer such requests within 30 days.

9. Children

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our store changes. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated policy.
