Refund and Return Policy

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Email theshoppingwear.shop@gmail.com with your order details before sending anything back; we will confirm eligibility and return instructions.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos if available. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible after the return is received and inspected. Banks/payment providers may take additional time. Return shipping arrangements will be confirmed when your request is reviewed. This policy does not limit non-excludable consumer rights.
